After installing copy the WindowBlinds8_Patch into where you installed it(Inside Windowblinds directory) Then open the patch & Patch it. you are all done.
If you cant patch it. download Unlocker1.9.1-64 if your using 64bit the run the application. right click the wbsrv.dll and kill process by the unlocker. your pc will go to sleep or hibernate. just wake it up then the patch it and it is ready to go. do not attempt in any way to download the latest version of windowsblind and patch with my instructions. it will not work.
BTW I had to find a lot of forums to figure it out. So please Thumbs up and leave your comment it works or not, I'm using Windows 7. If any problem occurs Let me know I/ll try to help. It's not my crack mind you, But it works perfectly.
